Kobo is like Kindle or Nook. If you buy eBooks through the websites of certain bookstores, they get a small commission. Their websites will tell you. Carmichael’s in Louisville does this, but there are others. It supports local bookstores this way.

The publisher has a staff artist for the cover, but they asked me for my input, and I had to approve the cover.
The initial release will be as an eBook. It will be available directly from the publisher, but I think Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other online book sellers will have it.
