King Arthur’s favorite food?
Cornish Pasty! Filling: diced potato, swede (rutabaga), onion, beef; salt, pepper. The pastry crust is glazed and crimped along one edge. King Arthur was Cornish—Tintagel Castle. My 8th great grandmother, Marie Southwood Suddeth, was Cornish. (alas, grandma’s recipes are no more)
