1812 Shawnee village: I am looking for the location of Muscatatuck, the name meaning something like Marshy people, name applied to the village and to the river. Their warriors may have participated in the 1812 Pigeon Roost Massacre. They may have had several villages in Jennings County, Indiana, also one at Oard Springs, Scott County.
