Generational differences: When one of my sons was in college, I mentioned how I liked Bob Dylan’s songs. He said, Who? You mean Jakob Dylan’s father? I had to check, Jakob Dylan was a rock musician, but Bob Dylan has since won a Nobel Prize—how had he not heard of him? (I still haven’t heard Jakob’s music yet)
