Louisville SCBWI Chit Chatters Schmooze. Anyone from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana is welcome. Monday, September 8, 6 to 8 pm. No RSVP required.
This month Agent Alice Speilburg of the Speilburg Literary Agency will visit us. This will not be a workshop or presentation, just a meet and greet. Critiquing by schmooze attendees, if time permits. Illustrators are always welcome. Barnes & Noble’s Café, 801 South Hurstbourne Parkway, a mile north of I-64, on the right. This is NOT the Summit Shopping Center B&N.
You do not need to be an SCBWI Midsouth member to attend.

What: Louisville SCWBI Chit Chatters Schmooze — Open Mic Night
Date: Monday, November 7
Time: 7 to 9 pm
Place: Vint, 4901 Old Brownsboro Road (Hwy 22).
At this month’s schmooze we will have an Open Mic. Writer’s can read from their manuscript for three minutes. Listeners will have three minutes to write a critique for the author. More details on how the Open Mic works will be provided at the schmooze, but please bring something to write with and paper. The first hour will be for socializing, the second hour for Open Mic.
No RSVP required for this schmooze.
